A concerted thrust towards customer delight. Towards this commitment, it has recently commissioned its new facility with in-house metal printing. This backward integration has helped in reducing the lead time between receipt of order and completion of supply. New facility has fully integrated, environment controlled pilfer proof cap production lines, adding to the overall productivity of highly skilled and motivated technical personnel.
Sophisticated equipments like high speed power presses, multi cavity press tools, rotary knurling tools, high speed wading machines with on line inspection facility and electronic counting have elevated the process of manufacturing into realm of the state-of-the-art. These facilities, housed in 30,000 sft built up area, can produce over two million closures per day.
